World Charity Award was announced at the Charity Christmas Dinner in Dubai

Dubai, UAE, On the 28th of December, a Charity Christmas Dinner was held in Dubai to announce the upcoming World Charity Award. The Award will gather together public charity initiatives, international charity funds, big business representatives, and philanthropists from around the world. 

The World Charity Award is held annually as part of the World Charity Forum in order to highlight the maximum number of projects, developments, and achievements within the industry, and promote charity and philanthropy. Any company has the right to participate in nominations by applying according to the rules on the website until 1st of December, 2023. The WCF invites philanthropists to take part in the following nominations:

  • Caring for people with special needs
  • Children are our future
  • Our planet
  • Cultural heritage
  • Charity without borders
  • Protection of human rights
  • Project of the decade

WCF is an international dialogue platform aimed to fully implement the fundamental principle of “Charity Without Borders”, intended to unite the efforts of all countries on the planet for more effective charity work. It focuses on eliminating and preventing charity and social initiatives issues, uniting philanthropists from 197 countries. 

In 2023 World Charity Forum will be significantly supported by a global, vibrant and open-minded partner – Kaif Dao Platform. It will enhance the practice of Charity and make it more available and accessible through the use of new technologies of DAO and Metaverse community. The platform will give new instruments to build infrastructure for a more independent and global charity process. It will allow people to receive or give help and become active participants in a more inclusive and sustainable world where anyone can contribute to society and social practices like charity and philanthropy. Other partners include SIDUS and XDAO.
