Russia exceeds half a million cases of COVID-19

Moscow, 11 sep (EFE).- Russia overcame this Thursday the half a million cases of COVID-19 after registering 8.779 new infections in the country, as reported by the operating centre of the fight against the coronavirus.
In total Russia sum 502.436 cases COVID-19 in the 85 regions of the country, according to the last official part.
Of 8.779 new confirmed cases, 36.8 % or 3.235 are asymptomatic.
On the last day were recorded in addition to 174 deaths per COVID-19, so that in total killed by the coronavirus amounting by now to 6.532 people, always according to the authorities.
All over the country have been recovered 261.150 people of the disease, almost double the total of infections.
In Moscow, main focus of the pandemic in the country, joined in the last 24 hours 1.436 new cases and 53 deaths.
In total, the Russian capital accumulated 201.221 cases COVID-19 front 115.769 recoveries and 3.138 deaths.
