Lioneza Consulting LLC offer their expertise on EU logistics

It’s time to look at the EU logistics sector. Lioneza Consulting LLC is eager to offer you amazing investment plans in one of most stable programs available.

Road transportation is the easiest delivery method for the “last mile”, as it allows you to reach all users. However, it makes a significant contribution to carbon emissions, and most logistics operators and companies are striving to become carbon neutral.

Investors display increasing interest to logistics companies that support greener types of transportation. Maritime transport is likely to remain the dominant type of freight transport in Europe as it offers high capacity and access to international markets at low costs.

Rail transportation is forecast to become the fastest growing freight type in Europe between 2020 and 2030. This is facilitated by the decarbonization policy, since trains produce three times less emissions than road transport. The EU Strategy for Sustainable and Smart Mobility aims to double freight rail transport by 2050. As part of the TTS investment program, a number of international railway projects are being developed. These include the Fehmarnbelt Underwater Tunnel linking Denmark and Germany, the Baltic Railway linking Finland and the Baltic States with Poland, and the Brenner Tunnel from Austria to Italy.

The Fehmarnbelt tunnel, for example, will help to integrate the peripheral regions of Scandinavia with Central Europe. The project is expected to create new logistics opportunities for long-term investors in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein in Germany, Copenhagen and southern Sweden, as well as help strengthen the Golden Banana logistics corridor.

In the Netherlands, multi-modal logistics complexes with both sea and rail links are considered to be extremely promising in the logistics centers of Amsterdam, Schiphol, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Venlo. They are well connected to international distribution networks and offer opportunities for logistics investors. In doing so, they provide low-carbon alternatives.

A new direct sea route between Dublin and Amsterdam was launched in January 2021 and expanded in May due to growing demand. It helps to avoid customs control after Brexit and integrates Ireland into the TTC network. The route provides access to Amsterdam’s rail, road and water networks, with connections to the latter playing a strategic role in the transportation of goods between Rotterdam and Amsterdam and Germany, and between them and Belgium.

If you are interested in investing into profitable real estate programs that support better and greener world, Lioneza Consulting LLC will help you find the most suitable investment options!
