“I Love Beijing” Collection Call for Submissions Invites Global Youth to Portray the Splendor of Beijing

Beijing, China, 14th Jul 2023 – Beijing, a city with a long history and rich cultural heritage, is now presenting itself before us with ever-changing new faces. But how do history and modernity intertwine in this city for young people? The “I Love Beijing” Collection Call for Submissions is officially launched, inviting youth from around the world to depict their vision of Beijing through their artwork and writings, sharing and exchanging their feelings towards this city. The requirements for the submissions are as follows:

1. Basic Requirements: The submitted works must be original and unpublished.

2. Categories: The submissions can be paintings or written works.

– For paintings, the subject matter and techniques are unlimited, but the paper size should be 8K.
– Written works should primarily be narrative or prose, with titles chosen by the authors themselves. The word count should range from 300 to 1000 words.

All works should adequately demonstrate Beijing’s profound historical and cultural heritage as well as its contemporary features. Written works should be eloquent, substantial, and heartfelt. At the end of the article, please provide a personal introduction, including your real name, date of birth, school attended, and mailing address.
