BBVA and Telefonica might exit the Euro Stoxx 50 in its review of September

The next review of the index composition Euro Stoxx 50 you could settle with the output of BBVA and Telefonica this indicator, according to the studies service of the Bank Sabadell.

So, the next 18 September will take place the revision of the Euro Stoxx 50, an index that follows the evolution of half a hundred of companies of the euro zone by capitalization and may cease to be members Société Générale, Fresenius, BBVA and Telefónica.

Would take their place Prosus, Adyen, Vonovia and Pernod Ricard. In addition, the entity has pointed out that it might enter Kone in replacement of BMW.

According to Banco Sabadell, these changes are reflecting the high volatility and weakness in some sectors (Financial, Telecom and Cars) and the strength of others, highlighting new technologies, means of payment and e-commerce.

A year ago, both values stopped to be part of the Stoxx 50 due to their weakness in the market during the last financial year, a situation that affected its capitalization, a key figure in many of these indices.
